He founded Forrest Inc in 2003, and despite the trying times between 2008-2013, managed to grow the business by 300-400 percent annually. Starting with under $500k in gross sales in 2006, the company now boasts over $30,000,000 in annual sales! Jason has built a reputation as a trusted advisor in the Northeast Florida real estate market, guiding clients through every step of the buying and selling process.    Jason is a true entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist. He has completed projects for big names such as Rare Hospitality, Flagler Hospital, and the former VP of Bechtel and General Electric. He has also consulted for Sedexo and Chevron in joint partnership with Kastel Enterprises in executing projects across the southeastern US for oil and gas industries. Along with his successful real estate and construction companies, he has also dabbled in the entertainment, transportation, aviation, and logistics industries. He holds a degree in Marketing and Multinational Business from Florida State University and is currently pursuing a Masters in Divinity from Gordon Conwell University.
